Galvanized & Zinc Die Cast Paint Strippers
General Chemical's paint strippers are used for the removal of e-coat and powder coat from galvanized and zinc die cast metals without adversely affecting the surfaces. Traditional methods of paint removal include sanding or abrasive blasting, but these processes can also remove metal, reducing the integrity of the part. Our paint strippers act as removers for old paint on galvanized and zinc surfaces, powder coating, and more by breaking the bond between the substrate and the primer. This causes the paint to lift off the surface, leaving the part intact after the paint remover has done its work. Our paint strippers are a new generation of paint remover for zinc and galvanized surfaces that works to maximize efficiency and reduce waste, while being safer for the user and the environment. Examples of commercial industry uses include aerospace and defense, automotive, building restoration, marine, military, and construction and maintenance. Some industrial application uses include paint stripping or removing paint for aircrafts, airplanes, helicopters, vehicles, and more.
