OC-4021 is a heavy-duty alkaline water-based cleaner for industrial ovens, designed to remove the difficult soils and baked on films found in and around the oven flash off and oven zones.
It is useful for cleaning both topcoat and E-coat ovens. OC-4021 can also be used as a general maintenance cleaner.
It can be sprayed, mop or even foam applied.
OC-4021 is diluted with water to a level appropriate to effect satisfactory removal of the target soils.
The viscosity of OC-4021 has been adjusted to provide excellent vertical surface retention. OC-4021 is a thicker version of OC-2559 paint curing oven cleaner.
