This safe alternative to B17 paint and powder coat remover is mainly used for removal of cured & uncured epoxy coatings, including powder coating and e-coating on hooks, rework, aluminum extrusions, and aluminum wheels. Stripoxy 6842 will strip the coating from the wheel in “sheets”. StripOxy 6842 is also aggressive enough for aluminum tank trucks carrying latex and most other difficult resins and coatings.
StripOxy 6842 is stronger and quicker (at the same temperature) than StripOxy 6840. This is a water-based, non-hazardous stripping chemical alternate that you will dilute in your strip tank with water at 50% concentration. The operating temperature of the bath is 165F – 175F.

Can't speak on how well it works yet, but shipping was super fast. Ordered five 5 gallon buckets on a Sunday night and received them the following Wednesday morning. Will review again after I see how the product works.
