GENLUBE 3920 is heavy-duty soluble oil engineered for machining and stamping difficult to form and machine ferrous metals including high alloy low carbon ferrous alloys, stainless steel, high silica aluminum alloys. GenLube 3920 provides exceptional lubricity, which permits increased feed, speed, and press rates, improved surface finishes, and greater dimensional accuracy. GenLube 3920 contains a unique biocide package, which results in increased sump life and odor free operation. Residual films of GenLube 3920 provide in plant-in process protection for ferrous and aluminum alloys.
