DP-4-TL is a custom blend of materials designed to remove Urethane or other resin buildup from tooling(Mold) surface.
This thickened blend maximizes the solvent contact with the buildup that is being removed. DP-4-TL also contains d-Limonene to provide citrus cleaning power and a more pleasant scent.
APPLICATION:
1) Wipe surface clean of any loose debris or dirt
2) Apply DP-4-TL with a natural bristle brush or sprayer to the areas in need of cleaning
3) Allow material to solvate resins ( most materials take 20-30 minutes) Warm surface will act even quicker.
4) Wipe tooling surface clean with rag or steel wool and solvent
• Product will stay wet and active for up to 24 hours depending on the environment. The longer it is contact with the resins the more DP-4-TL will solvate.
• Using a solvent like mineral spirits will cut the thickener and assist in final cleanup
